Breakfast Tarts (Serves 4)

2 cups of greek yogurt (coconut, honey or plain is perfect)
2 cups of mixed berries fresh or frozen of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
4 tbsp of honey
4 sweetened Piccola Cucina Tart shells

Place ½ cup of yogurt in each tart.  Add ½ cup of mixed berries, if using frozen allow them to drain in a colander.  Drizzle with a tbsp. of honey on each.  Serve.
