Using your almond pie crust - easy as 1...2...3!

Elevate your pie with the use of Piccola Cucina's Almond Pie Crust Shells. These crusts make the perfect vessel to any filling, whether it is sweet or savoury.

Our Sweetened Pie Crust (brown box) is slightly sweetened, perfect for fruit pies, custards, ice cream, etc.

Our Unsweetened Pie Shell (green box) is versatile and neutral in flavour, can be suited to any filling like deep dish pizza, quiches, meat pies, or fruit pies. If you're looking to make a covered pie, simply use the bottom crust and flip it onto your filled pie. Bake according to instructions.

Almonds are the perfect carrier of flavour so these almond crusts will be the perfect partner in the kitchen. The crust will not get soggy or mushy under your filling and can stay refrigerated for up to 5 days with filling inside.

Very easy to use simply remove from the freezer and place on a baking sheet and fill with your favorite filling, following your pie recipe. Make note these crusts are 8" so when using recipes, the filling quantity may need to be adjusted.
