• The National Canadian Celiac Association is holding their annual conference in Kelowna from May 25-27, 2012. Piccola Cucina will be there exhibiting, be sure to stop by and taste some samples at booth 6.
• Now available are 4 different flavours, of gluten free & dairy free Italian style macaroons. They are:

  • Amaretti - the traditional flavour, with a base of ground almonds
  • Chocoretti - a fresh take on the original, with the addition of cocoa and coffee flavouring
  • Pistachioretti - a decadent pistachio, almond cookie
  • Limonetti - ground blanched almonds, lemon and lavender buds
